These terms govern your use of noryli.com and purchases from NORYLI LLC. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and applicable law.
1. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your location. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity; interfere with security; transmit malicious code; or violate another person’s rights.
2. Products and information
We work to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate, but minor variations or errors may occur. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products. Instructions and safety warnings supplied with a product take precedence over general website content.
3. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order because of availability, suspected fraud, pricing error, payment verification, or legal requirements. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. An order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt and does not guarantee shipment.
4. Shipping
Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing, and standard delivery is generally estimated at 7–14 business days after dispatch. Actual services, charges, and estimates appear at checkout. Customs duties and taxes may be the customer’s responsibility.
5. Returns and refunds
Eligible unused items may be returned when requested within 30 days after delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days. Full conditions appear in our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Safe product use
You are responsible for reading and following product instructions, warnings, curing requirements, and safety guidance. Do not use an adhesive repair for structural, load-critical, pressurized, or safety-critical applications unless the product is expressly rated for that use.
7. Intellectual property
The store design, NORYLI branding, and original text, images, graphics, and other content belong to NORYLI LLC or their respective licensors and may not be copied or commercially exploited without authorization.
8. Third-party services
The store may use or link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies govern their services, and we are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. NORYLI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes and severability
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
